| Delivery Schedule 95% of all orders are usually dispatched within 36 hrs of receiving payment. Delivery usually takes approx 10 - 21 days outside the EU and 5-10 days within the EU.Although we will make every effort to deliver within 30 days or any other quoted delivery date, such dates do not amount to contract and we will not be liable to the buyer for any loss whether consequential or incidental if delivery of goods is delayed for whatever means.At this present time due to high incidences of fraud we do not accept or ship to, any orders from INDONESIA , NIGERIA or ROMANIA. | Guarantee We have a no nonsense policy on returns. If your product is faulty and you return it to us in its original packaging and as new condition, with invoice within 14 days of receipt we will refund the full cost of the product. We will be happy to refund the cost of carriage if the return is a result of error on our behalf. Otherwise our delivery and packaging costs will not be refunded. Please note that all our goods are guaranteed against manufacturers defect for 28 days from the date of sale.
